At Ruby Mania, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, please review our refund and return policy below:

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

• Refunds will be issued for eligible returns upon inspection of the item(s).
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund the item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personalized or custom designs cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
